It's on your WarriorPlus receipt and in the purchase email from WarriorPlus (check spam/promotions). It looks like KPF-1A2B-3C4D-5E6F. Still nothing? Email us with your purchase email and WarriorPlus sale ID and we'll send it.

Go to the sign-in page, choose Activate purchase, and enter the same email and activation code with a new password. That resets it.

Upgrades apply automatically to the email you bought with. Sign out and back in. If you bought with a different email, contact us with both emails.

Inside the app: log in and open the Bonuses tab. Launch bonuses go to buyers who joined during the launch window. The Listing & A+ Swipe Kit appears there if you added it at checkout.

Formats depend on your plan. Standard builds puzzle books, colouring books, workbooks, journals, planners and logbooks. Pro adds non-fiction guides; Elite adds novels. Your report still shows ideas in every format: locked ones have an Unlock button that explains the upgrade.

Every purchase adds credits that never expire: Standard 15, Pro 35 (20 at the lower price), Elite 100 (60 at the lower price). Top up from inside the app when you run low: 20 or 60 credits. A scan costs 2; a puzzle or colouring book 2; a journal, planner, logbook or workbook 4; a guide 8; a novel 14. A failed build refunds its credits automatically. Builds usually take 5–60 minutes depending on the format; you can close the tab. If a build fails, its credits are refunded and you can start it again from your report. If it's still running after 90 minutes, email us the book title.

Open the KDP Launch Blueprint bonus, section "If KDP sends it back". The most common cause is a page count that changed after the cover was made; rebuild so the cover and interior come from the same build.
