What you're buying. A one-time licence to use KDP Product Factory™ (the "Service"), a web app that researches Amazon KDP niches and generates book interiors, covers, listings and launch estimates. The tier you buy (Standard, Pro or Elite) sets your book formats, queue priority and rights, and each purchase adds a pack of credits.
Your rights. You may publish the books you generate under your own name on Amazon KDP or anywhere else. Pro and Elite also cover client and commissioned work. You may not resell, sublicense or share access to the Service or your login, or use it to build a competing product.
Your responsibilities. You are the publisher. You must read what you publish, order proof copies, follow Amazon's content guidelines and terms, and disclose AI-generated content to KDP as it requires. You must not use the Service to infringe others' rights or to publish unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.
Credits and fair use. Each purchase adds credits (Standard 15; Pro 35, or 20 at the downsell price; Elite 100, or 60 at the downsell price; top-ups 20 or 60). Credits do not expire while your licence is active. A refund removes the credits that purchase added. A failed run refunds its credits. If you connect your own Anthropic API key, your runs bill to your Anthropic account and use no credits; you are responsible for those charges. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the underlying providers.
No guarantees. The Service is provided "as is". Market data, price suggestions and projections are estimates from public data and models, not promises of sales or income. Output can contain mistakes; you are responsible for checking it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
Changes and availability. We may improve, change or retire features, and the Service depends on third-party providers, so uptime is not guaranteed.
What we collect. Your name and email from your WarriorPlus purchase; your account and login; the reports, books and files you generate; and basic usage logs. If you connect your own Anthropic API key, we store it encrypted and use it only to run your own jobs. We never see your card details; WarriorPlus handles payment.
How we use it. To run the Service, give you access, provide support and prevent abuse. We don't sell your data.
Who else sees it. WarriorPlus (payments and delivery), Anthropic (the text and instructions needed to generate your books are sent to their API), and our hosting provider (Railway). Each handles data under its own terms.
Your choices. You can disconnect your API key at any time and ask us to delete your account and files. Contact us using the email at the bottom of this page or through your WarriorPlus receipt.
Please read this before you buy. KDP Product Factory™ is a digital product that starts working, and costing us real money in AI usage, the moment you use it. So every purchase is final once used. This policy applies to each product separately: the Standard licence, the order bump, Pro, Elite, their lower-price versions and credit top-ups.
A purchase is used as soon as, after buying it, you: run a market scan, generate ideas or start a build (including a build you cancel after it started); or download any file, such as a book package, interior PDF, print cover, upload sheet or bonus. For the order bump, downloading the Listing & A+ Swipe Kit counts as use. Activating your account and looking around does not.
Every purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee. It guarantees that the product works as described. It does not guarantee results. Within 30 days of purchase we refund that purchase in full if:
Each upgrade and top-up is judged on its own, from the moment you bought it, under the same 30-day guarantee: unused, or not working as described and not fixed, is refundable; used and working is final. Refunding one purchase does not refund another.
Email support or use the link on your WarriorPlus receipt, with your purchase email and order ID: within 30 days of purchase (for a fault, report it within the 30 days; the refund decision follows the 7-day fix period). We reply within 3 working days. We decide using our records: purchase times, when you accepted this policy, and your scans, builds and downloads.
A refund ends the licence it paid for and removes the credits it added. If no active purchase is left, access ends. Books and files made with a refunded purchase may not be published or sold; anything already published from it must be unpublished.
Please contact us first; most problems are fixed within a day. If a dispute or chargeback is opened, access is suspended while it's open, and we share our records with the payment provider, including your acceptance of this policy and your usage. A dispute over a used purchase may lead to the account being closed.
When you activate, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel ends once you start using the purchase. Until you use it, you can still cancel, and our 30-day money-back guarantee covers unused purchases for 30 days anyway.
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
